Meet Me on the Moon w/author John Karpascik

I was glad to welcome back my returning guest, author John Karpiscak, to talk about his space-based fiction series and the upcoming release of book 4, Meet Me on the Moon. John's series delves into a world where lunar colonies, Martian test beds, and horses become practical problem-solving tools. The conversation covers how his real-world background in space research, disaster coordination, and travel shapes his fiction, plus how characters like Alicia Collins and Mark Selman carry the emotional weight of the series. We talk about how his writing has turned hard science fiction into character-driven storytelling, why he keeps technology broad enough to avoid future-proofing traps, and how book four, Meet Me on the Moon, expands the world, the stakes, and the romance. Meet Me on the Moon will be available for purchase on November 19.
