13 Stadiums in 13 Days with Joe Carmany

I am a total sports junkie, but baseball is my favorite. I live and die (currently near death) with the St. Louis Cardinals. If you know me, you know during the season I'm watching the Cardinals on TV, watching the Cardinals on my phone, or listening to the Cardinals because I can't watch the Cardinals.

This summer, working in guest services for the Low A Washington Nationals affiliate, the Fredericksburg Nationals, I've enjoyed every minute soaking in the baseball atmosphere and meeting people who drop in to chat. One of those guests is Liberty University Assistant Strategic Communications Director Joe Carmany, who was on night two of his 13 Stadiums in 13 Days adventure. He'd spent the previous evening in Front Royal and made Virginia Credit Union Stadium his second stop. We chatted for a bit, and I asked if he'd contact me when he'd completed the trip so we could record his thoughts.

Joe is a true baseball aficionado who grew up in the Cleveland area and followed his love of baseball and sports into a career. Since we recorded this podcast, Joe messaged me to say he'd recently visited his 25th stadium of the year. I loved hearing about his journey and all that he experienced, and I hope you do too.
