Fan fiction looks all kinds of ways, and today's episode of The Happy Meemaw Reads podcast takes us on the road to Hertfordshire and Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. I'm joined by author Bronwen Chisholm, who has made a writing career of expounding on the classic Austen novel.
I met Bronwen indirectly through her husband, with whom I worked for many years. He would always brag to me about her work and her success, and I loved hearing about it. I was so happy to see her at the recent Stafford Book Festival (shout out to Tour Stafford Virginia for a fantastic event) and we agreed to sit down and chat. She's absolutely delightful and her affection for this classic novel is contagious. She has created a library full of "what ifs" that are so entertaining.
I hope you enjoy this journey through Bronwen's love of writing and all things Pride and Prejudice. Be sure to subscribe to The Happy Meemaw on Spotify, Apple, and Amazon so you never miss an episode. Thanks for listening!
