Starting Kindergarten

August will be a big month for The Happy Meemaw family. Our daughter's oldest will start kindergarten, and while we're all excited for him, it's impossible not to have some nerves about this transition.

So, I welcomed my friend Holly Clyde, a Kindergarten teacher, seasoned educator, military wife, and mom, to chat with my daughter Randa Monroe and her best friend Sarah Ferguson, whose oldest is also wading into school this year. Both kids have been in full-time daycare for some time, but school is a different level of anxiety.
