The Land of Gaiand and Author Chris Grooms

This week on The Happy Meemaw Reads podcast, I was so happy to meet Author Chris Grooms and talk about his love of fantasy writing, and his world of Gaiand and its hero, Wulf Blackhawk. Chris had a great time sharing his love of fantasy with his sons, and eventually his ideas found their way to books we can all enjoy.

I met Chris at the Stafford BookFest last fall, and I'm so grateful to the organizations that are creating platforms for readers to meet writers and learn about the great works being produced by local authors. I encourage everyone to find a "bookfest" near you, or check out the local authors section of your local bookstore, and jump into the pool of creativity by your local artists.
