Writing with ADHD

Happy Friday! Not sure what's happening in your little corner of the world but we're dealing with some seriously schizo weather in the Mid-Atlantic. After 92 beautiful sunny degrees yesterday, today it snowed. Whatever. Let's just get to spring already.

I'm so happy to welcome back my friend, author Donna Costello, to the Happy Meemaw Reads. Our conversation today, however, centers on the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis she received only a couple of years ago. Donna talks about how the diagnosis, which we usually relate more to kids, helped her solve the mystery of some of her behaviors and how she has adapted to enhance her writing.

I'm always so grateful to share a recording studio with Donna and I appreciate her candor and honesty in sharing this life experience.

Be sure to follow The Happy Meemaw podcast on Spotify, Apple, Amazon, iHeartRadio, or wherever you get your podcasts so you don't miss an interesting episode like this one. Thanks for listening!

You can learn more about Donna Costello at donna-costello.com, and learn more about her work as a writing coach at Luna Creative Academy
